By accessing clickwmedia.com or using the features, tools, or assessments provided by our operating business divisions—including Click Wise Capital, Click Wise Connect, Home Improvement Leads, Tidy Miami Beach, and SpanishNow.online—you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Nature of Services and Operational Models
Lead Generation and Marketing Divisions: Click Wise Capital, Click Wise Connect, Home Improvement Leads, and Tidy Miami Beach function exclusively as digital marketing and consumer-matching platforms. The Company is not a real estate brokerage, contractor, utility provider, or cleaning company, and does not execute field services directly. Transactions and on-site work are performed independently by registered, licensed, and autonomous professionals within our provider network.
Direct Service Divisions: SpanishNow.online is a digital learning platform directly operated by the Company. Credit-card transactions are for personalized live Spanish coaching hours, including 10-hour, 25-hour, and 50-hour packages, delivered by our internal network of native coaches.
2. Corporate Structure and Billing Disclosures
All financial transactions for our direct service platforms are legally processed by the holding entity. When you purchase an educational package on SpanishNow.online, the billing descriptor on your credit or debit card statement will appear as “CLICK WISE MEDIA” or “SPANISHNOW”. No monetary transactions for field services are processed on our lead generation websites.
3. Third-Party Payment Processing
Online payments are handled through Stripe, a certified secure third-party payment infrastructure provider. The Company does not collect or store full payment card account numbers on internal infrastructure.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
